Nash Hash 2017 Itinerary

(All Times are Subject to alteration, Finalised - Paper version will also be available at the weekend - but it'll all be a blur anyway!)


Thursday 24th

Although no formal transport has been arranged from Easton College this may be arranged on the day to suit numbers, although it will be payable.

18.45 - set off 19.30pm Start by the river next to The Queen of the Iceni (Wetherspoons) near beer. This is very near Norwich train station,

£5 pay on the night, charity to be confirmed.

Pay as you go trail, so bring money.

This will be a City trail, where we will have 3 - 4 beer stops, also at least one stop where you can get food if needed.  We will end up in the centre of the city, not at the start, you will guided around and we can direct/ take you back to the start if needed.

Hashers are welcome to stay on site Thursday from 14:00 Hrs and Monday Night - there will be an accommodation cost of £4 per person per night camping or in vans.  Those in rooms can stay for an extra £20 per person per night - Unmentionable will be collecting the camping, van and room money - No Food or Drink available on Thursday!

Advanced warning! As alternative to games and by popular request, on Saturday after the trails, we will be presenting a new event for Ancient Britons Nash Hash 2017 - The VIP Cheese and Wine Club. To join in just bring along a sample of your best local (or favourite) cheese and/or a bottle of some decent wine.

Ancient Britons will be providing starter offerings and a special area for the Cheese and Wine Club, with refined music, where we can get together and appreciate the good things in life, like eating cheese, drinking wine, and talking ..... We hope you will bring along some great contributions for us all to enjoy, compare and comment on. There will be prizes for the contributions voted best by Club Members. For anyone worried about storing their cheese there will be some temperature controlled storage available in the bar. Don’t just have a private party come and join in. PS. Don’t forget your seating.

Cabarets adding excitement through the evening.  Sign up your cabaret acts for Sunday evening in advance A.S.A.P and rehearse, rehearse, rehearse!  Please let Windsock and Tops know what you are presenting for the amusement and amazement of your fellow Hashers.

You can stay over on Monday night to avoid travelling on Bank Holiday.  Costs as for Thursday.  Pay breakfast is available on Tuesday am.
